These bonds guarantee the employer the reparation of the patrimonial damage derived from a crime committed by one or more of their employees, salesmen, commission agents and/or workers, against any assets for which he or she is legally responsible.
There must necessarily be an employment contract or an employment relationship between the applicant for the bond (employer) and the bondee (employee).
